LOW CARB BBQ SAUCE WITH KETO AND PALEO OPTIONS

3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar - I use this
26 oz strained tomatoes - I use this
7 oz tomato paste
1/2 coconut aminos -I use this
1 cup honey (for Paleo recipe) or 1 cup sugar substitute (for Keto recipe)
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cayenne powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Over low heat, melt butter in a sauce pan
Add all ingredients and simmer for 10- 15 mins until thick or desired consistency.
This recipe makes 4-5 cups. Refrigerate or freeze unused sauce.
