Chia Seed Pudding with Coconut Milk
Our coconut chia seed pudding is packed with protein and fiber. Dairy free, easy to make and healthy- with Paleo, Keto and vegan options!
Ingredients
1 cup chia seeds I use this
3 cups coconut milk I use this
1/4 cup sugar substitute I use this
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight
You may add nut milk to achieve preferred consistency
Notes
This is a Keto recipe. Fruits in Keto is only limited to berries
For Paleo use honey I use this instead of sugar substitute and top with you fruit of choice
Use compliant sweeteners accordingly.
