4 tea bags (you can you black or green tea)
1 cup water
1 cup nut milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp monk fruit sugar substitute I use this
1 scoop Collagen powder I use this
1 cup ice cubes
4 tbsp grass fed butter or bacon grease
Bring water to boil and dip teabags for 5 mins
In a blender, combine hot tea, milk and cream sweetener butter and collagen powder and ice cubes
Blend for 3 mins.
Serves 3. Sprinkle cinnamon powder before serving.
