LOW CARB RIBS WITH KETO AND PALEO OPTIONS

Ingredients

3 lbs ribs

3 cloves garlic

1 medium sized onion

1 tbsp peppercorns

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp salt

Instructions

Mince garlic and onion

Rub ribs with salt and pepper

Combine remaining ingredients and let boil for 45-60 mins or until meat is tender

Drain meat and discard liquid

Line baking pan using aluminium foil

Broil ribs for 30 mins with meat facing down.

Turn meat and rub some BBQ sauce. (Try my homemade BBQ sauce) and broil for another 20 minutes.

Brush some more sauce before serving.

Notes

 You can use a slow cooker for this recipe I use this . Cook in high for 2 hours and low for 4 hours.
