Easy Cloud Bread - Grain Free

Ingredients

3 medium sized egg separated (room temperature)

3 tbsp sour cream (room temperature)

1/4 tsp cream of tartar (you can use 1/4 tsp of white vinegar) I use this 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit

Separate eggs, be careful not to mix yolks to egg whites

Using a stand mixer (or a hand mixer) mix together the egg yolks and sour cream until smooth. Transfer to a prep bowl. Set aside

Using a clean bowl, mix egg whites and add ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar (or white vinegar) in high until fluffy and peaks are formed

Using a rubber spatula,  slowly fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites and mix carefully, make sure not to break the peaks!

Line baking sheets with parchment paper

Spoon mixture into 10-12 even rounds on lined baking sheet

Bake for 18-20 minutes on the middle rack.

When your timer goes off, turn your oven from "bake" to "broil"  for 1 minute or until the top crust turn to a nice golden brown

Remove from the oven and let cool.

Butter this bad boys- because everything is awesome with butter!
